Cranberry Barbecue Ribs and BLT Dip

Someone recently asked for my Super bowl snack go tos, so I didn’t miss a beat! Ribs and BLT dip have long been favorites to appear on the SB spread. I have always preferred this with a side of Tom Brady, and even though he is no longer the Patriots quarterback, we will still be […]

Loaded Chorizo & Shallot Tart

If you regularly read this blog, you will know that I am very partial to all flavors Spanish. This is fun casual eating at its best. It’s messy and finger licking. I don’t make my own pastry these days, when it’s so much easier to just buy it. This year, due to ordering groceries for […]

Southern Dry Rub Pork 3 Ways Get the largest shoulder of pork from Aldi and you will have freezable tasty food that will feed you for a few days!!!

The shoulder of pork works great slow cooked, to make this a less expensive treat. If you are able to buy the tamarind paste at an Asian store, instead of the supermarket, you will save money.
